The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry has unveiled plans for its third International Business Conference & Expo, tagged Invest Nigeria, which will attract delegates and exhibitors from at least 49 countries.

The event, organised in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, will be held on August 26 and 27, 2025, at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

In a statement, the LCCI said the conference will serve as a platform for high-level engagement between Nigerian businesses, foreign investors, and government stakeholders.

LCCI stated, “The highlights of the event will feature a Business Forum headlined by the Presidency, State Governments, Diplomats, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, and leaders of the organised private sector. There will also be 10 business-to-business sessions on oil and gas, manufacturing, agriculture, fintech, textiles, and creative arts.”

The chamber added that the programme will include “four government-to-government meetings between representatives of the Nigerian government and other countries, as well as an expo section showcasing investment opportunities.”

The Invest Nigeria initiative debuted in 2023 with 36 participating countries, while the second edition in 2024 recorded 42 participating nations.

The LCCI noted that the 2025 edition would build on these achievements, creating a larger platform for trade, investment, and partnership.
