Jetour Nigeria has officially launched an edition of its flagship family SUV, the Jetour X70, into the Nigerian automotive market, promising a new benchmark in affordable luxury and versatility for families and adventure seekers.

This was contained in a statement signed by the company’s representative, Keji Olubuade, and made available to The PUNCH on Tuesday.

According to the statement, the vehicle was originally introduced in 2018 as the debut model under the Jetour brand, in response to global demand for spacious family SUVs.

“Now making its debut in Nigeria, the newest Jetour X70 comes packed with cutting-edge features aimed at enhancing safety, comfort, and driving performance. Standard safety features include driver and passenger airbags, vehicle stability control, electronic parking brake, and auto hold system. A 360-degree surround camera, parking sensors, an auto lockout system, and power windows contribute to the SUV’s comprehensive security offering,” the statement read.

The vehicle also boasts premium interior features such as a smart entry system, a push start button, and selectable sport or normal driving modes in the SUV.

Olubuade further stated, “Comfort is a key focus of the X70, with its 20-inch rim tyres improving ground clearance and ride stability.”

He added that the automatic air conditioning system comes with both front and rear vents, and occupants are treated to leather seat options, a power driver seat, six high-quality speakers, and automatic folding outside mirrors.
