In celebrating yuletide, Golden Penny Foods has thrilled Nigerians with its ‘12 Days of Christmas Campaign’ tagged, “The Golden Penny Christmas”.

According to the organisation, the campaign aimed to strengthen the bond between it and customers by thrilling them with fun, excitement, opportunities, and vitality.

It explained further in a statement that the campaign sought to demonstrate the importance of love and giving, by bringing families together for a beautiful season and encouraging togetherness.

Consumers were able to connect with the campaign by participating in different tasks, concentrating on one brand per day. Some of the tasks were: puzzle-solving, sing-along challenges, CSR challenges, and Pasta forklift challenges, amongst others.

The organisation explained that it lowered the criteria for campaign entry to make sure that as many consumers participated and got rewarded in the campaign.

At the end of the exercise, 10 winners were rewarded with N50,000 worth of Christmas shopping spree, shopping vouchers (for Golden Penny items) and bumper packs.

“The Golden Penny Christmas campaign is a nationwide exercise including competitions on Radio stations across the country and a series of activities on social media designed to engage and reward consumers, each day for 12 days respectively, starting from the 13th and ended 24th of December 2021”, the company said in a statement.
