Fidelity Bank Director, Ugochukwu completes tenure after 30 years of service

Executive Director Shared Services and Products of Fidelity Bank Plc, Chijioke Ugochukwu is set to quit her position as Director, after 30 years.

Ugochukwu is stepping down from the position because her contract tenure as Director of the bank expires on March 31, 2020.

In a statement filed by the bank to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the lender did well to appreciate Ugochukwu's contributions to the company's growth during her three decades with the bank.

Highlighting the start of her career, the bank noted that Chikioke Ugochukwu joined the bank as a National Youth Service Corps Member in 1989, employment as an Executive Trainee in 1990 and culminated in her appointment to the Board on April 1, 2012.

It also added that the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Securities & Exchange Commission were privy to the development.
