FG vows to soften the ground for businesses post-COVID-19

The Federal Government has promised to help businesses grow despite the adverse effects of coronavirus to the economy.

This promise was reiterated by Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo in a tweet.

He used that avenue to introduce the NAFDAC's Automated Product Administration and Monitory systems where MSMEs can now register and certify their products at an 80% discount rate for the period of 6 months.

He also included other measures introduced by the Government to counter coronavirus effects on the economy like zero tariffs for first 200 people to register on the platform and a waiver of late admin charges.

Osinbajo thanked the DG of NAFDAC, Professor Mojisola Adeyeye and her team for this initiative which is very strategic in a world where modes of doing business is changing rapidly.
