Several customers have taken Access Bank Plc to the cleaners for its poor banking services.



Many aggrieved customers on Twitter have tagged it the most useless bank of the year. Some customers even took it a notch higher to advice the bank to close shop and sell Zobo or Kunu.

A certain user, @jeffyjizzle said, "Dear Access Bank kindly give us back our Diamondbank we are tired of your partnership...Its choking you guys but I pray this letters finds you well."



Another user said, @special_person_ "Someone said Access Bank should close their Banks and start a Zobo or Kunu Company. They will still fail to deliver the Zobo."



@Obadimz stresed that a micro finance bank was better than Access Bank

"Access bank is the most useless Bank in Africa, Micro finance seff better pass una....

Zenith bank here i come ????," he said.

Access bank is a very useless bank, the only bank that will be charging you monthly master card fee for July in November. I don't even understand them I have visa card, and they are charging me for master card, from next year I will stop banking with them porting to GTB



Access Bank became the largest bank in Nigeria by customer base, following its April 2019 merger with Diamond Bank. Eight months down the line, the lender has struggled greatly with catering for its large customer base as several account holders with the defunct Diamond bank continue to groan over the bank's poor banking services.
