Former Super Eagles forward, Victor Moses was on the score sheet for Spartak Moscow as they faced Croatian side- HNK Sibenik on Monday.

This is his first game for the Russian side since his move from Chelsea was made permanent in a deal worth €5m.

The 30-year-old showed his clinical ability as he scored the second goal for his team. He placed a well-measured finish behind the goalkeeper after getting on the end of a through pass from Georgi Melkadze just before half-time, according to Soccernet.ng.

Moses was threatening for most parts of the game as he ran the right-wing channel deftly for his side.

The former Premier League winner was substituted in the 64th minute after Sibenik equalised, but a late surge from The Meat as they are fondly called ensured that they ran out of 4-2 winners, reports Soccernet.ng

Moses scored four goals and secured four assists for the Moscow side last season.  The 2013 African Cup of Nations winner looks to join the long list of Nigerians who have excelled in the Russian league.

He has been in top form since he joined Spartak Moscow and is slowly edging his way into the heart of the fans.
