Chelsea goalie Edouard Mendy is now on the verge of becoming the first African goalkeeper who will appear in the final of the Champions League if he should start for the Blues against Man City.

The stage is set for this season's Champions League between Chelsea and Manchester City which is expected to be a tough battle in Porto.
