Norwich City knock Tottenham out of FA Cup

Norwich City have eliminated Tottenham Hotspur from the FA Cup on Tuesday night, in a penalty shootout after 1-1 draw.

Daniel Farke's men have now progressed to the FA Cup quarter-finals for the first time in 28 years.

Jan Vertonghen put Jose Mourinho's men ahead in the 13th minute as Spurs held on to the lead until the 78th minute when Drmic equalised for The Canaries.

Both sides remained unseparated after extra-time and the game went into shootouts.

Tim Krul was the hero for Norwich after saving two penalties by Troy Parrott and Gedson Fernandes while Erik Lamela hit the crossbar for Spurs.

Daniel Farke's side will face the winner of Thursday's tie between Derby and Manchester United in the next round,
