Alternative musician Cill Soul set to host virtual concert

Upcoming alternative singer and songwriter, Cill Soul is set to host a virtual concert, "Live @ The Alt Home" scheduled for Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 8pm.

The concert will be her first since the coronavirus pandemic hit the music scene in the country.

The concert features other talented alternative singers including, Clay, Komos, Remi, Sinmidele, and Edez.

Cill Soul has become famous in the Nigerian music industry for her creativity and vocal dexterity.

She is known for several mashups including Fireboy's 'Jealous' and Joe Boy's 'baby' which gained more than 450,000 streams on YouTube.

Her single, Tatarata is ranked amongst some of the best alternative songs released this year.

Born Chioma Ogbonna, Cill Soul pursued her dreams for music at a tender age.

Growing up in Edo State, her love for music was nurtured by her older brother who saw her passion for the art.

Burning with passion, her interest drove her into buying her first guitar with her first salary.
