Singer Tillaman slams YQ for protecting Da Grin’s legacy

Late rapper, Dagrin Late rapper, Dagrin

Nigerian artists, Tillaman and YQ have taken their drag public over the latter's right to protect the legacy of late rapper, Dagrin.

After ignoring a private conversation between both artists over the matter, YQ still went ahead to post a video on Instagram questioning Dagrin's exclusion from a decade list of greatest artist in Nigeria made by NotJustOk.

According to YQ, who stated clearly that he meant no harm, Dagrin deserves to be on the list regardless of his death adding that it would be wrong to exclude 2pac and Biggy from a list of greatest rappers because they're late.

The post, however, didn't go down well with Tillaman who responded with a video detailing his disgust directed specifically towards YQ.

According to Tillaman, he's disgusted that YQ is begging them to add Dagrin to the list, adding that "they don't gat love for you".

Tilla believes that himself, YQ and Dagrin are way above the list and feels that YQ is stooping low to NotJustOk's level by addressing the issues publicly.

Rapper, Dagrin, died on the 22nd of April, 2010, following a ghastly car accident.

His hit song 'Pon Pon Pon' took Nigeria by storm along side many other hit singles, the 'C.E.O. (Parental Advisory)' album and loads of collaboration with top Nigerian stars.
