American rapper, Gary Maurice Lucas, Jr, professionally known as Joyner Lucas has postponed the date for the release of his new album, ADHD.

This is due to the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus that has continued to ravage Europe.

The album was initially set to be released on March 27, however, the artiste postponed the album for another 8 years to March 27th, 2028.

The "Revenge" crooner penned a deep apology to his fans as a result.

"Due to coronavirus I have decided to push my album back another 8 years. I just want to ensure everybody’s safety. I’m sorry to everyone who’s been waiting. March 27th, 2028 is the new date... Be safe everyone."

Prior to this development, Lucas was due to drop his long-awaited album, ADHD on March 27. As a means of building hype around the album, he released a new single and video titled “Lotto.”

The song’s visuals see him spitting bars in front of an ice cream truck, inside a room getting demolished, in a convenience store that’s being ransacked and a few other spots.

ADHD will be Lucas’ first project since his departure from Atlantic Records. The LP will be released independently through Twenty Nine Music Group.
