Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi has declared Beşiktaş ready for their Europa League clash against Crystal Palace.
The Turkish club will host the Premier League side at Tupras Stadium in Istanbul later today (Thursday, October 22).
Beşiktaş will be hoping to maintain their impressive winning run after beating Olympique de Marseille and TSG Hoffenheim in their opening two matches.
Ndidi is confident his side can match Crystal Palace’s high intensity.
“We are a team and we will be playing at home. We are working very hard,” Ndidi said at the pre-match press conference.
“We will be playing against a good team. Teams coming from England are used to high tempo and intensity. We have played and are playing against good teams. So, we are ready.”
Beşiktaş currently sit fourth in the Europa League standings, behind only Juventus, Bayer Leverkusen and Benfica.
