Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk has disclosed his team’s approach ahead of their mammoth UEFA Champions League clash against Barcelona.

The Turkish champions will host the Catalans at RAMS Park on Tuesday, October 13, in their second game of this season’s UCL league phase.

The Yellow and Reds will be hoping to bounce back from their 3-1 defeat away to Sporting Lisbon on matchday one.

Galatasaray talisman Victor Osimhen, who missed the first game due to a groin injury, is also expected to return to action against the Spanish champions.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Buruk made it clear that his side would not sit back and defend at home but would also attack Hansi Flick’s team.

“We are Galatasaray, we will play at home! Therefore, no matter who the opponent is, no matter what formation we use, we must be aggressive. Against Barcelona, we won’t just defend. We will also attack,” Buruk said.
