Al-Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, is trying to convince Casemiro not to join Inter Miami when he quits Manchester United this summer.

According to Marca, Ronaldo wants the Brazilian midfielder to move to Saudi Arabia.

Casemiro has already announced he would be leaving United at the end of this season.

The Red Devils have opted not to extend his contract, as they are desperate to remove his £375,000-a-week wages off their wage bill.

Inter Miami are believed to be keen on adding the 34-year-old to their squad, a move that would see him play with Lionel Messi.

But Ronaldo is said to have identified Casemiro as a crucial player that Al Nassr needs as they try to win silverware.
