Following his recent injury against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League, Galatasaray reporter Ali Naci Küçük has disclosed Victor Osimhen's likely return date.

The 27-year-old is currently recovering from the hand injury he sustained at Anfield last week.

The Super Eagles striker is set to miss several matches for Galatasaray in the coming weeks.

Osimhen is set to miss upcoming fixtures against Trabzonspor, Göztepe, Kocaelispor, and Gençlerbirliği.

According to Küçük, the former Napoli striker is likely to return to action against rivals Fenerbahçe on April 26.

“Victor Osimhen will be on the field for the Fenerbahçe derby unless something negative happens,” Küçük said as quoted by Habersarikirmizi.

“He himself has stated this clearly. Osimhen told Dursun Özbek, ‘Don’t worry, President. I will be on the field, and we will be champions.'”
