Premier League side Sunderland are reportedly considering a move for Super Eagles midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru.

According to reports, the Black Cats are looking to bolster their midfield options ahead of the second part of the season.

The Nigerian international is reportedly among the players currently under consideration by the English outfit, as per La Repubblica.

“Sunderland are looking for reinforcements for the midfield and have set their sights on some Lazio players.”

“Among the names monitored by the Black Cats would not only be Matteo Guendouzi, but another name on the list would be Dele-Bashiru, a Nigerian midfielder who could change air in January.”

Dele-Bashiru’s future remains uncertain at Lazio, and reports indicate that the midfielder has been identified by manager Mauricio Sarri as one of the players who could leave the club in January.
