Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has chided Victor Osimhen following Galatasaray's crucial home victory against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League.
Osimhen scored the only goal from the spot as the Turkish champions stunned the Premier League title holders at Rams Park on Tuesday night.
It was the Nigerian international's 10th Champions League goal in his career, making him the first Nigerian to hit double figures in goals in the prestigious competition.
Despite scoring the only goal of the game, Thierry Henry, in his post-match analysis on CBS Sports, blamed the Super Eagles star for his side's failure to score more goals in the game.
According to the Arsenal legend, Galatasaray could have scored more goals against Arne Slot's side had Osimhen been less selfish in the game.
“On a good day, Galatasaray can beat any team,” Henry said after the game.
“When Galatasaray is on a good day and playing at home, they can beat any team in Europe.
They really fought for every ball until the end. They played their best on the counter-attack.
If Osimhen had been a little less selfish at times, they could have scored a few more goals. A few times, he might have given the ball away to one of his teammates. But he took the penalty really well.
