European football expert Julien Laurens has named Alex Iwobi and his Fulham manager Marco Silva among the most underrated in the Premier League.

Laurens believes the Portuguese manager would do a remarkable job at Fulham with proper investment.

He also showered encomiums on Iwobi for his brilliant display for the Cottagers this season.

Speaking after Fulham's 3-1 victory over Aston Villa, Laurens said:

“Imagine what Marco Silva could do if he had proper investment,” Julien Laurens said on BBC Radio 5 Live.

“I think they are underrated. I think Iwobi is underrated, and Marco Silva is massively underrated in this country.”

Iwobi has registered a goal and two assists in six Premier League appearances this term.
