Football governing body FIFA has unveiled its Team of the Tournament following the conclusion of the expanded edition of the Club World Cup in the United States.
Chelsea were crowned champions of the world after beating Paris Saint-Germain 3–0 in the final at the MetLife Stadium on Sunday, July 13.
Cole Palmer grabbed a brace before Joao Pedro added another to seal a remarkable victory for Enzo Maresca's side.
The Blues had four players named in the Team of the Tournament, including Cole Palmer, Marc Cucurella, Enzo Fernandez, and Pedro Neto.
Runners-up Paris Saint-Germain also had three players in the tournament's best XI including Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, and Vitinha.
The Team of the Tournament was completed by goalkeeper Bono (Al-Hilal), Gonzalo Garcia (Real Madrid), Thiago Silva (Fluminense), and Jhon Arias (Fluminense).
The next edition of the tournament will be held in 2029.
