Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson has responded to John Mikel Obi after scoring in the Blues 6-2 thrashing of Wolves in the Premier League.

After suffering a 2-0 home defeat against title holders Manchester City on matchday one, Chelsea bounced back to winning ways with a dominant display away at Wolves on Sunday, August 25.

Jackson scored Chelsea's fastest Premier League goal since 2017, after scoring the opener in 98 seconds before Cole Palmer doubled the lead for Enzo Maresca's side on the stroke of halftime.

None Madueke scored a remarkable hat-trick in the second half with his goals coming in minute 49, 58 and 63 to extend the Blues lead after the first half ended in a 2-2 stalemate.

New signing, Joao Felix, who joined the Blues from Athletico Madrid on a permanent deal last week, came off the bench to add another with 10 minutes left on the clock to seal a convincing victory for Enzo Maresca's side.

After the game, Jackson, who has received several backlashes from Mikel Obi for his inefficiency in front if goal, took to social media to hit back at the former Chelsea midfielder.

In a post on his Instagram story, the Senegalese international wrote, “@Mikel_john_obi shut your mouth. “Don’t talk s***, we are killing ourselves for Africa.”
