Shocking as Osimhen is missing in top 10 MVPs in the world

Victor Osimhen Victor Osimhen

Napoli striker Victor Osimhen was surprisingly missing from the list of top 10 most valuable players in world football.

Despite being the most wanted man by several elite clubs in Europe, the Napoli Starman's name was clearly missing from the list compounded by Football Benchmark.

It is disappointing to note that no Serie A player made the list of top ten MVPs.

Another notable absentee from the list is Arsenal's Bukayo Saka who has been phenomenal for Mikel Arteta's side this season with some excellent displays in the Premier League.

Paris Saint-Germain star, Kylian Mbappe topped the list as the most valuable player in the world with a market value of $218m followed by City's Erling Haaland.

Check out Football Benchmark’s top 10 most valuable soccer players:

2. Erling Haaland (Manchester City) – $198 million

3.Jude Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund) – $165 million
