'Omo Ghana try oo' — Nigerians applaud Black Stars after hard-fought win against South Korea

Following Ghana's impressive 3-2 win against South Korea at the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Qatar, some Nigerian have taken to social media to hail the Black Stars for their brilliant display on the biggest football stage.

Ghana survived a scare at the Education City Stadium to overcome a resilient South Korean side to keep their World Cup hopes alive.

Two goals from Ajax's sensational Kudus Mohammed and Southampton's Mohammed Salisu gave Otto Addo's side the much-needed three points heading into their final group game.

After the game, some rival fans in Nigeria took to their social media handles to commend their arch rivals for their impressive showing against Son Heung-min's side.
