Moses Simon is delighted to help Nantes secure a point against AC Ajaccio on Sunday.

The winger netted a later equalizer to rescue his side from losing at home on his 100th appearance for the Club.

In his post-match remark, the Nantes star stated that, "A point is better than losing the match at home. We are pleased to have gotten a point in this match.

“I’m excited to have scored the goal that gave us a point. We are in a precarious position, but we hope that after the World Cup break, we will do better than where we are presently.”

Moses Simon is one of the players listed by coach Jose Peseiro for the international friendly against Portugal this week.

The former Ajax and Gent player said he’s looking forward to the game and will soon join the camp.

“I will leave soon for the Super Eagles camp. I’m ready to represent my country in an international friendly against Portugal,” he concluded.

The match between World Cup-bound Selecao and the Super Eagles will come up on 17 November.
