Tebo Franklin relishes maiden Super Eagles invitation

Nasarawa United Tebo Franklin pumping up following his maiden invitation to the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

The reliable defender was named in the Super Eagles 25 man squad that will lock horns with Mexico in Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum next month.

In chat with brila.net after Wednesday morning training session with the three time African champions, Franklin hinted that the call up is a dream come true for him.

“I’m so happy with the call up because it’s a dream come true for me and my family are happy for me”

“Representing a big footballing nation like Nigeria is no joke and I will cherish the moment for the rest of my career”.

Tebo Franklin was in action on Sunday when Nasarawa United shared the spoils after playing a goalless draw with Enyimba in the week 28 of the Nigeria Professional Football League.

The rock solid defender was amongst the 22 players that trained this morning at the Goal Project, Package B in Abuja.
