French-based striker Terem Moffi says his dream to play for the Super Eagles and he will everything humanly to make it happen.

Moffi has been in good form for his French Ligue one side Lorient this season, scoring nine Ligue 1 goals for his club.

Moffi, who joined Christophe Pelissier’s side on a permanent deal from Belgian side Kortrijk last September, was rewarded with a place on the Super Eagles standby list for last month’s African Cup of Nations qualifiers against the Benin Republic and Lesotho.

The 21-year-old forward, however, was unable to make it to the main squad but got an encouraging rave review from Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr.

Speaking to ESPN, the former Golden Eaglets star said an invitation to join the three-time African champions remains a dream.

“I can’t explain how excited I was when I saw my name the first time, but I am sure I am going to go crazy with happiness if given an opportunity like this to represent my country,” Moffi said.

“Every player wants to represent their country. If I get the opportunity, I am going to give 110% and work my socks off to help the team, and I am sure it is going to be an amazing experience,” he said.
