Riyad Mahrez's goal has emerged the 2019 Goal of the Year at this year's Confederation of African Football Awards.

Mahrez scored the goal during the African Cup of Nations Semi-final game against Nigeria.

The game ended 2-1 in favour of Algeria.

Algeria then went on to win the tournament.
