Everton reiterates Ferguson position as Ancelotti edges closer

Carlo Ancelotti's move to English Premier League side, Everton, intensifies as club drops new hint on their official Twitter handle about the position of caretaker manager, Duncan Ferguson.

The club tweeted that, Ferguson, who took over from sacked manager, Marco Silva, will remain as caretaker manager for this weekend's EPL home game against Arsenal.

The former striker would be assisted by john Ebbrell and other coaching staff in what looks likely to be his last match as the caretaker manager after reports suggest that Italian, Ancelotti, would be officially announced on Monday.

The former Napoli manager, according to reports, would be present at the match against Arsenal who were also interested his appointment but decided against the deal afterwards.
