Young congratulates Troost-Ekong, Watford teammates on promotion 

Inter Milan winger and former Manchester United star Ashley Young has congratulated William Troost-Ekong and his Watford teammates, after they won promotion back to the Premier League, Completesports.com reports.

Troost-Ekong was in action as Watford secured promotion to the top-flight following Saturday’s 1-0 home win against Millwall.

Ismaila Sarr was the hero for the Hornets as his early first-half penalty sealed the important win.

They join Norwich as the two teams who have automatically won promotion to the top-tier of English football.

And reacting to their promotion, Young who played for Watford from 2003 to 2007, wrote on his verified Twitter handle: "Massive congrats to everyone at Watford FC. Back to where the club belongs."
