Nigerian football fans have reacted to Katsina United's game against Remo Stars in the NPFL matchday 35 encounter.

A video that has surfaced online shows the media man of Remo Stars being assaulted by fans of the home team to stop him from filming the perpetuated act by the home team.
According to an eyewitness account per Pulse, the match official had to manufacture a late winner for the home side to avert a possible mob action by agitated fans of Katsina United.
Reacting to the incident, some fans have scoffed at the barbaric act by the home team on social media with some calling for the sacking of the NFF boss.
@y.cole: Can we call it THIRD HALF?
@bobbyikenna: Sack Amanu Pinnick. Simple! Man has ruined Nigeria football

@kmpy411: Away can never win na only for Nigeria League I see ham
@rolexmilly: Lol i can’t even name a single player from the Nigeria league, show you how irrelevant the league is.
The NPFL saw another act of hooliganism on Wednesday when the Chairman of Kano Pillars, Alhaji Jambul was captured on camera punching the assistant referee during their clash with Dakkada FC.
Look at the number of fans assaulting the Remo Stars media man @michaeloniks He could easily have been killed.
