Cristiano Ronaldo was the target of trolls and ridicule from fans during Al-Nassr's Super Cup game against Al-Ittihad on Thursday, January 26.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner was taunted with Messi chants from the home fans after his side lost 3-1 in the semi-finals of the Saudi Super Cup.

Fans were heard chanting Messi's name as the Portuguese star made his way down the tunnel after his side's defeat.

Ronaldo completed his big-money move to Al-Nassr earlier this month following his fallout with his former club Manchester United.

The 37-year-old will return to action against Al Fateh in the Saudi Pro League on Friday, February 3.
