Four Super Falcons stars have been named in the 2024 Women's African Cup of Nations Best Eleven following the conclusion of the tournament last weekend.

Nigeria emerged as the ultimate winners after staging a remarkable comeback to beat hosts Morocco and secure their 10th title.

Coach Justine Madugu's side fought from two goals down in the first half to turn the game on its head, securing a crucial 3-2 victory.

The Super Falcons quartet of Chiamaka Nnadozie, Michelle Alozie, Esther Okoronkwo, and captain Rasheedat Ajibade have all been named in the Team of the Tournament.

Nnadozie, who was named the Best Goalkeeper of the Tournament, recorded four clean sheets in six matches, conceding just two goals from open play.
Michelle Alozie was also instrumental in the Super Falcons' remarkable defensive solidity.

Winger Esther Okoronkwo displayed her dazzling skills for the Super Falcons on the flanks. She netted two goals and provided six assists in six outings for Nigeria.

Captain Rasheedat Ajibade was also named the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament. She won three Woman of the Match awards.
