Nigeria's U20 women's football team, the Falconets are preparing for their first international friendly match against Australia.

This is a warm-up game ahead of the upcoming 2024 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup.

The match will be played in Bogota, Colombia on Friday. Another friendly is scheduled for Mexico in the coming week.

The Falconets arrived in Bogota last Sunday for a two-week training camp. Some of their players have also played for the Super Falcons.

The Falconets are in Group D at the World Cup and will play against Germany, Venezuela, and the Korean Republic.

Colombia is hosting the World Cup from August 31st to September 22nd.
