Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle is expected to arrive in Egypt to support the Flying Eagles at the ongoing 2025 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations.
According to Shariff Abdallah, the Flying Eagles' media officer, the Malian tactician is set to touch down in Cairo on Monday, May 5, at the team hotel.
The 47-year-old is also expected to scout the squad and decide which youngsters to call up for the upcoming Unity Cup later this month.
The Flying Eagles have recorded a win and a draw in their opening two games of the tournament.
Nigeria will face Kenya’s Rising Stars in their final group-stage match at June 30 Stadium in Cairo on Wednesday, May 7.
Aliyu Zubairu’s side needs only a draw to secure qualification for the knockout phase of the competition.
