Sky Bet Championship side Southampton are reportedly set to offload Super Eagles midfielder Joe Aribo in the January transfer window.

Aribo has just six months left on his current deal with the Saints and will be free to engage in talks with potential suitors.

The club wants to cash in on the former Glasgow Rangers midfielder rather than allowing him to leave as a free agent in the summer.

According to Saints News, Aribo has attracted interest from the Turkish Super Lig, with clubs like Göztepe and Trabzonspor reportedly interested in his signature.

The Saints are demanding a fee of €1.5m to let go of the 29-year-old.

Aribo has struggled to secure game time with Southampton this season, making just six appearances for the club.
