Nigerian international Frank Onyeka could be set for a permanent departure from Brentford this summer.

According to recent reports, newly promoted Premier League side Burnley, as well as Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart and Serie A club Fiorentina, have all expressed strong interest in the midfielder.

Onyeka recently admitted that he is uncertain about his future at Brentford.

The 27-year-old spent last season on loan at German Bundesliga side Augsburg, where he made a solid impression.

The departure of Brentford manager Thomas Frank to Tottenham Hotspur has further complicated the Super Eagles star’s future at the club.

Onyeka has one year remaining on his current contract with the Bees and is reportedly unwilling to sign an extension.
