Premier League champions Liverpool have reportedly entered the race to sign Victor Osimhen this summer.
Latest transfer reports indicate that the Reds have held talks with Napoli over a possible move for the Nigerian international.
As part of the transfer, Liverpool's duo Darwin Nunez and Federico Chiesa could be included in a swap deal for the Super Eagles striker.
Osimhen has been a hot topic in the transfer window in recent seasons, attracting keen interest from top clubs in Europe and Saudi Arabia.
Despite enjoying a brilliant campaign with Galatasaray during his season-long loan spell, Osimhen is expected to leave the club this summer, as reports suggest he favors a move to a top European team.
The 26-year-old has also rejected several lucrative offers from Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League.
The former Lille striker netted 37 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions for the Yellow and Reds last season.
