According to renowned transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, Victor Osimhen may be headed back to the French Ligue 1, as Paris Saint-Germain remains interested in the 25-year-old Nigerian striker.
Romano revealed that PSG has yet to submit an official bid for Osimhen because they want to offload one of their current strikers to make room for him.
Additionally, clubs in the Saudi Pro League are also vying for the Super Eagles striker, who scored 17 goals across all competitions for Napoli last term.
Osimhen has been linked to PSG following Kylian Mbappe's departure to Real Madrid, with reports suggesting that the French club wants to sign both Osimhen and his Napoli teammate Kvaratskhelia in a €200 million deal.
To accommodate Osimhen, PSG may need to sell either Randal Kolo Muani or Goncalo Ramos.
Meanwhile, Napoli is eyeing Romelu Lukaku as a potential replacement for Osimhen if he leaves this summer.
