Transfer: Chelsea’s longest-serving player sends message to Super Eagles star, Samuel Chukwueze -

Chelsea’s longest-serving player, Kenneth Omeruo has urged Super Eagles star, Samuel Chukwueze, to make a transfer move to English Premier League (EPL).

DAILY POST had reported that Chukwueze has drawn interests from EPL giants, Liverpool and Manchester City in recent weeks.

The Villarreal forward was impressive for the Yellow Submarines last season, scoring 8 goals in all 38 competitions wherein he featured.

“If a Premier league club makes an offer for Samuel Chukwueze, of course, every player wants to play in the Premier League and it will be great for him,” Omeruo told Tribalfootball.

“He should take it as long as the contract is favourable and he makes a lot of money out of it.”

Speaking recently on reports linking him with a switch to EPL, Chukwueze said: ”I just keep my head focused on my career. I don’t want any distraction from my football. Coverage in the media is good but my focus is on my football.

“I just want to keep on working hard and continue to improve. Me generating coverage in the media does not get into my head.

”This is just the beginning and I know my target and my focus is to achieve the target.”
