Enyimba FC is getting set to leave the shores of the country in preparation for their Total CAF Confederation Cup quarter-final tie against the Egyptian side, Pyramids.

The clubs will clash in the first leg of their quarter-finals tie on Sunday with the People's Elephant set to leave the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos for the Egyptian capital, Cairo on Friday afternoon.

The team left its base in Aba on Thursday for a 10-hour trip to Lagos from where they are set to leave on Friday and arrive Cairo almost 48 hours before Sunday’s game.

The Enyimba contingent will leave Lagos aboard an Egypt Air flight at around 2 pm Nigerian time and are expected to land in Cairo at about 8:30pm local time in a flight time estimated to be 5 hours, 30 minutes, ACL Sports said.
