Coventry City midfielder Frank Onyeka has charged the Super Eagles to strive and win all their matches in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The three-time African champions will kick off their campaign against Madagascar at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium on Friday, September 25.

Eric Chelle's side will later travel away to Guinea-Bissau in their second qualifier encounter on Tuesday, September 29.

Speaking ahead of the two encounters, Onyeka emphasized the importance of approaching every game with a positive mindset.

“Just like every other match that we’ll be playing, we have to win every game,” Onyeka told a media in Uyo.

Onyeka also urged the team to put the World Cup disappointment behind them.

“I know we’re quite disappointed not to qualify for the World Cup, but now we’re back. We have something to prepare for, which is the AFCON next year.”
