The Wasps of Rwanda held the Super Eagles of Nigeria to a goalless draw in their African Cup of Nations qualifier at the Amahoro National Stadium in Kigali.

Despite the array of attacking talents on display, the three-time African champions failed to find the back of the net against the home side.

The Wasps were firm and resolute in defense, keeping the Super Eagles’ attack at bay for the full 90 minutes.

Despite the draw, Nigeria remains on top of the group with 4 points.

The three-time African champions will return to action in the AFCON qualifiers against Libya in October.
