Kacper Potulski believes Poland deserved more from Wednesday’s 2-2 draw against the Super Eagles.
Jan Urban’s side twice pegged the Super Eagles back inside the 58,000-capacity Stadion PGE Narodowy, Warsaw on Wednesday night.
Potulski scored Poland’s first goal late in the first half.
The Red and Whites created more chances than their opponent but were let down by their poor finishing.
Potulski said they were unlucky not to get a win in the game.
“I think that throughout the entire match, we had more chances. They scored against us when everything was on the line. The first goal – it’s unclear whether it was offside. The second goal was a penalty kick, which we accidentally took. We created more chances,” the Mainz said after the game.
