Peseiro can’t qualify Super Eagles to 2026 World Cup – Timi Dakolo warns NFF

Gosepl Singer, Timi Dakolo has warned the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) about the ability of the Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro to qualify the team to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

He said this following the Nigeria's 1-1 draw against Lesotho on Thursday in their opening qualifying campaign at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.

On November 16, Motlomelo Mkhwanazi and Semi Ajayi scored the goals in the second-half to earn each team a point.

Sharing his thoughts on his X page, Dakolo described the performance of the Super Eagles’ as ‘very embarrassing.’

The singer wrote;

“Dear @thenff, this coach can’t be the best coach available for a country like Nigeria.

“This is very embarrassing. This man can’t take the Super Eagles to the World Cup. It is actually painful to watch,” he tweeted.

Meanwhile, Nigeria will face Zimbabwe in their next World Cup qualifier on Sunday.
