Pep Guardiola worried about Mohammed Kudus' threat ahead of Manchester City's clash with West Ham

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola believes Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus and West Ham's sharp attack has the potential to cause trouble for his side on the final day of the season.

The English champions head into Sunday's game just a point above Arsenal at the summit of the table and a little slip could see them lose the title to the Gunners.

Guardiola remains focused and has warned his players about the danger posed by Kudus, Lucas Paqueta and Jarrod Bowen, describing the Ghana international as an exceptional player.

“Now I’m not thinking one second about next season. Because it’s West Ham, four players up front who can create something," he said at the pre-match presser, as quoted by Man City's official website.

“Kudus is an exceptional player. Bowen for many years and Antonio, when he’s fit, is unbelievable. Paqueta is a top-class player in that he can do many things.

“That’s why. All four from nothing they can do something unique and special. That is my only concern right now.

“Next season will be next season.”

Kudus has indeed been exceptional for the Hammers since joining the club from Ajax last summer, scoring 13 goals and providing six assists across all competitions, per Transfermarkt.

The 23-year-old won West Ham's Goal of the Season award with his sensational solo strike against Freiburg in the Europa League round of 16.
