A Liverpool fan has wished Arsenal Manager, Mikel Arteta death.

This is coming after the Arsenal manager tested positive for coronavirus.

The Liverpool fan with the handle @LFC_Jamie01 tweeted: "Rip Arteta," with an image of a tomb which read: Mikel Arteta, 1982-2020, Great Baller, Shite Manager."

Meanwhile, the Gunners closed their training ground and club staff who had recent contact with Arteta will now self-isolate.

Arteta was unhappy with the news.

"This is really disappointing," said Spaniard Arteta, 37.

"I took the test after feeling poorly. I will be at work as soon as I'm allowed."

Arsenal expects a "significant number of people" will self-isolate, including the "full first-team squad," MyNigeria gathered.

Several people who came across Jamie's tweet were flustered.

City wished Mikel a speedy recovery.

Arsenal sits 9th of the league, trailing Liverpool with 42 points and Manchester City with 17 points.
