Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen equaled the record of Radamel Falcao following his goal for Galatasaray in their 4-0 thrashing of Kayserispor in the Super Lig on Sunday, February 1.

The 27-year-old was on target from the penalty spot and also provided an assist as the Yellow and Reds thumped Kayserispor at the RAMS Park.

According to Opta Can, Osimhen has become the second Galatasaray player since 2015 to have not missed a penalty and have scored the most (7) in the Super Lig.

Osimhen shares this record with former Galatasaray striker Radamel Falcao, who also played for Atletico Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester United.

The ex-Napoli star also netted his 200th career goal, with 165 club goals and 35 international goals.

Osimhen has so far netted 14 goals in 20 appearances across all competitions for Galatasaray this season.
