Osimhen fired up for mouthwatering clash against Inter Milan

Victor Osimhen says he’s ready for mouthwatering clash against Inter Milan as the Italian Serie A returns from break.

The Nigerian marksman is the leading scorer for Napoli in the Calcio this season, with nine goals from 11 games.

The Partenopei are the favorites for this season’s scudetto and Osimhen is already fired up for the game.

“We can’t wait to play against Inter Milan,” Osimhen was quoted by Napoli Magazine.

“The championship is very long and we know that we must never give up to keep first place.

“Inter Milan is a great team, we want to win but it won’t be easy”.

Action will resume in the Italian top flight on January 4 following the World Cup break.

Napoli is topping the table and yet to lose a game unbeaten in the league this season, holding an eight-point advantage over second-placed AC Milan.

The Luciano Spalletti’s side will continue preparations for the game with a test match against Lille on Wednesday.
