Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen reached a new career milestone during Galatasaray’s 4–0 thumping of Kayserispor in the Turkish Super Lig on Sunday, February 1.

The 27-year-old scored the second goal of the match from the penalty spot as the Turkish giants cruised to an emphatic victory at RAMS Park.

The goal marked the Nigerian international’s 200th career strike, helping Galatasaray move six points clear of arch-rivals Fenerbahce.

Osimhen also provided an assist, setting up Gabriel Sara for Galatasaray’s third goal of the encounter.

The former African Footballer of the Year has now netted 165 club goals and 35 international goals for Nigeria.

The ex-Napoli striker has registered 14 goals in 20 appearances across all competitions for the Yellow and Reds this season.
