Former Supe Falcons captain, Asisat Oshoala has officially joined Saudi Women’s Premier League outfit, Al Hilal.

Oshoala joins the Saudi side after the expiry of her one-and-a-half-year contract with the National Women’s Soccer League side, Bay FC.

Her unveiling was done in a series of posts via the club’s social media handles on Tuesday after undergoing medicals on Monday in Riyadh.

“Welcome Asisat Oshoala. Countless achievements, and more to come,” the club said.

She joins Super Falcons teammates Ashleigh Plumptre and Francisca Ordega in Saudi Arabia.

Al Hilal finished sixth in the 2024/25 season, with the competition expanded from eight to 10 teams.

Meanwhile, Bay FC have also announced her departure.

“Bay FC and Saudi Arabia club Al Hilal have agreed to terms on a transfer for Asisat Oshoala. Thank you for everything you’ve given to this club.”
